Take your families to small weekend getaways from work to some hill station or nearby beaches,go for trekking or swimming and enjoy with your families.This will also increase the numbers in your pedometer.

Go for outing with your family,preferably on walking if the stores are nearby,otherwise go to big malls,in malls you need to walk a lot,and you will not even know.This is a very good trick for girls,as when they see new clothes everything goes blackout and they wont even mind walking miles.lol

Well I can go forever if I want but,I need to keep it as small as possible for your convenience.Do small changes in your life and when its done in regular intervals big differences can be created.

This is a easy trick,easy doesn't mean less effective,in fact if you do this regularly a lot of changes can take place to your body in really short period like 3 weeks or so.
Wake up early,no need for 4 or 5 oclock but try to wake not less than 70clock..well thats not very hard right.
